If you are not happy with a product from our kitchen store, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement. No complicated conditions -- we want you to cook with tools you love.
Store products
To request a refund or return, email info@associationgourmediterranee.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: items should be unused or gently used and, where possible, in their original packaging. Our guarantee still applies to items that did not perform as described.
- Return shipping: for defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
- Exceptions: for hygiene reasons, certain pantry and consumable goods (such as opened food, oils, and spices) are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Membership
New members receive a 30-day free trial and are not charged until it ends -- so you can cancel during the trial at no cost. After a paid period begins, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals from your Account page; you keep access through the end of the period already paid for. If you were charged in error or believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
