These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gour Mediterranee Kitchen (the "Service"), operated by GOURMET 58 LLC. By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase or subscribe.
Membership, billing, and auto-renewal
Memberships are offered on a monthly plan at $8.99 and an annual plan at $88.99 (in USD), as shown on the Membership page. New members may receive a 30-day free trial.
Auto-renewal: unless you cancel, your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged the then-current rate. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly. We will send a reminder before an annual renewal where required by law.
How to cancel: you may cancel at any time from your Account page or by emailing info@associationgourmediterranee.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. After a paid period begins, you keep access until the end of that period.
Store purchases
Prices for physical products are shown at checkout and may change over time. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. Refunds for store purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or scrape the recipes or other content, nor to share your account credentials to give others access to member-only content. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual property
All recipes, text, images, branding, and other materials on the Service are owned by GOURMET 58 LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use. No other rights are granted.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cooking involves inherent risks; please see our Disclaimer regarding food safety and nutrition information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOURMET 58 LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law, arbitration, and class-action waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
